Is it really free to claim my center?
Yes. Claiming your listing on the Basic plan is free with no time limit and no credit card. You can keep your contact details, address and description accurate and reply to reviews.
My center is already on Treatment Angel. How do I claim it?
Start typing your center's name on the sign-up page and pick it from the list. Confirm your email and you're in. Our team reviews every claim and will contact you if anything needs checking.
My center isn't listed. Can I add it?
Yes. If your center doesn't come up in the search, choose "Add it as a new center", fill in the address, then finish your profile from your dashboard.
How do paid plans work?
Plus, Pro and Premier are billed monthly per location. Pick a plan when you sign up (or later from your dashboard) and our team will contact you to activate it and help set up your profile.
Why can't I select every substance or program?
Each plan lists a set number of options per category (up to 3 on Basic, 5 on Plus, 10 on Pro and 20 on Premier). That keeps search results accurate and shows people a mix of centers, so pick the substances, settings and programs that best describe your core care.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
You can move up or down a plan, or go back to Basic, at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing month.
What does priority placement mean?
When someone searches a city or state you serve, Pro listings appear above Plus and Basic listings, and Premier listings take the top spots in the markets you choose.
Do you charge per lead or per call?
No. Every plan is a flat monthly price. Calls, inquiries and website visits that come from your listing are yours with no extra fee.
We have several locations. How is that priced?
Each location has its own listing and its own plan. Contact us for multi-location pricing.
